Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the visit date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward another date. Cancellations made after this window are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation or date change, contact us at info@bajos-del-toro-tours.com<\/a> at least 24 hours before your visit.<\/p>\n Bajos del Toro’s tours, waterfalls, and trails are natural outdoor environments. Access to certain areas may be temporarily restricted due to weather conditions, rain, high water levels, or maintenance work, as noted on our FAQ page. If management completely closes the park on your scheduled date, or the third party cancels the tour for security reasons, we will offer an alternative or a full refund. We are not responsible for the weather conditions during your visit that do not result in an official park closure.<\/p>\n Our experiences take place in a natural environment that includes uneven terrain, wet and slippery surfaces, and water features. Participation involves inherent risks. By booking, you confirm that you and all members of your party are in adequate physical condition to participate, and you assume responsibility for your own safety and that of any minors in your care. We recommend closed-toe shoes with good grip and clothing appropriate for a tropical rainforest climate.<\/p>\n Visitors aged 13 and older purchase the adult ticket, and children aged 4 to 12 purchase the kids ticket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times, who remains responsible for their safety.<\/p>\n Visitors must follow all posted signage and staff instructions.
